MobDialAgents (MobAgents) are conversational-agent workflows you configure, test, and connect to supported communication surfaces. Phone, outbound, WhatsApp, and other channel availability depends on the tenant, provider configuration, policy, and current runtime; do not assume a channel is live until it is explicitly enabled and verified.
