Product Manager - Dialer

Own the product roadmap for the core dialer experience. You will work directly with customers, engineering, and compliance to build the most powerful and compliant outbound dialer on the market.

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the dialer product roadmap
  • Conduct customer interviews and translate pain points into specs
  • Work with compliance team to ensure TCPA, DNC, and PEWC adherence
  • Analyze usage metrics and run experiments to improve conversion
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches with engineering, design, and GTM

Requirements

  • 4+ years product management in SaaS or telecom
  • Deep understanding of outbound calling workflows and compliance
  • Data-driven decision making with SQL proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with agile development and rapid iteration
