Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: September 10, 2026
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, billing corrections, and service credits are handled for services provided by MobDial Communications LLC ("MobDial"). It supplements our Terms of Service and any written order form that applies to your account. If a written order form contains different commercial terms, the order form controls for that account to the extent of the conflict.
1. Subscription cancellations
Unless a written order form states otherwise, a customer may request cancellation in accordance with the notice and billing-period terms in the Terms of Service. A cancellation stops future renewal after the applicable cancellation effective date; it does not automatically reverse charges already earned or incurred before that date.
2. Refund eligibility
Subscription and prepaid service fees are generally non-refundable once billed, except when a refund or service credit is required by applicable law, expressly provided by the Terms of Service or an applicable service-level commitment, stated in a written order form, or approved by MobDial to correct a confirmed billing error. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
3. Usage and third-party charges
Usage-based charges and pass-through charges incurred before cancellation remain due. These may include communications usage, phone-number or registration fees, carrier or network charges, and other metered services shown in the account, invoice, or applicable order form. MobDial will not intentionally bill future usage after a service has been validly terminated and the termination has taken effect.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe a charge was duplicated, processed for the wrong amount, or otherwise billed in error, contact MobDial promptly with the invoice or transaction details you can safely share. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, API keys, or other secrets by email or support message. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected through an appropriate refund, void, credit, or account adjustment.
5. Approved refunds
When a card refund is approved, MobDial will ordinarily return it to the original payment method. The time for an approved refund to appear is controlled in part by the payment network, acquiring bank, and card issuer, so MobDial does not promise a fixed posting time. Where a transaction has not yet settled, MobDial may use a void rather than a refund when that is the appropriate payment-network action.
6. Charge questions and disputes
We encourage customers to contact MobDial first so we can investigate billing questions and provide transaction or invoice information. This does not prevent a customer from exercising any dispute or chargeback rights available through the customer's bank, card issuer, payment network, contract, or applicable law.
