Automatically collected information includes IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and usage patterns through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain our services, process transactions, send service-related communications, improve our platform, provide customer support, enforce our terms of service, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraudulent or unauthorized activity. We use call data to deliver AI-powered features such as transcription, coaching, quality scoring, and analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Information Sharing

We share information with service providers who assist in operating our platform (carrier partners, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and analytics providers), all of whom are bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your organization's configured retention policy (default: 90 days). Compliance audit logs are retained for 7 years as required by telecommunications regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge complaints with supervisory authorities. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@mobdial.com. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days (45 days for complex requests with notice).

6. CCPA / CPRA Rights

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
