SMS Privacy & Messaging Terms
This page explains how MobDial Communications LLC and MobDial-enabled messaging programs handle mobile opt-in, message frequency, HELP and STOP requests, carrier charges, and messaging data. It supplements the MobDial Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Effective September 6, 2026
How you opt in
You opt in only through a MobDial form, customer workflow, or other clearly disclosed enrollment path that asks for your mobile number and consent before messages are sent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by the program or conversation. Transactional alerts are event-driven; support, sales, or service conversations may generate additional replies when you interact with the program.
STOP
Reply STOP to a MobDial-enabled messaging program to opt out of further automated messages from that program. We may send one final confirmation message after processing the opt-out.
HELP
Reply HELP for program assistance. You can also contact support@mobdial.com or call +1 (888) 662-3425 for help with a MobDial-enabled messaging program.
Carrier charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is responsible for any messaging or data charges under your wireless plan.
Privacy
Mobile information is used to provide the requested messaging experience, maintain consent and opt-out records, protect the service from abuse, and satisfy applicable legal or carrier obligations.
Consent and opt-in records
A MobDial customer using our messaging tools is responsible for presenting an accurate opt-in disclosure and collecting any consent required for its specific use case. MobDial may store the mobile number, timestamp, source, disclosure version, program identifier, and related evidence needed to operate the messaging service and demonstrate consent or opt-out status. Customers may not use MobDial to send messages to recipients when required consent is absent, revoked, or otherwise invalid.
Opt-out processing
When a supported opt-out keyword such as STOP is received, the messaging program should suppress further automated sends to that recipient for the applicable sender or program, except for a final confirmation where permitted. A customer must not bypass an opt-out by changing campaigns, lists, agents, or workflows without a new lawful basis to message the recipient.
Messaging data and sharing
Messaging data may include phone numbers, message content, delivery events, consent records, support history, and abuse-prevention signals. We use that data to route and deliver messages, support users, maintain audit and compliance records, troubleshoot delivery, detect misuse, and improve service reliability. We may share data with telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, cloud or security processors, and other service providers only as needed to operate the service or satisfy legal obligations. We do not sell mobile opt-in data to third parties for their independent marketing.
