Solutions Engineer

Bridge the gap between sales and engineering. You will run technical demos, design custom integrations, and ensure enterprise customers get maximum value from the MobDial platform.

Responsibilities

  • Run technical demos and proof-of-concept implementations
  • Design integration architectures for enterprise customers
  • Build custom API workflows and webhook configurations
  • Create technical documentation and integration guides
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support

Requirements

  • 3+ years in solutions engineering or technical consulting
  • Strong API literacy (REST, webhooks, OAuth)
  • Experience with CRM and telephony integrations
  • Ability to write scripts in JavaScript/Python for prototyping
  • Customer-facing communication skills
