Staff Frontend Engineer

Lead frontend architecture for the MobDial dashboard. You will build complex real-time UIs for dialer controls, campaign management, and analytics using Next.js, React Server Components, and WebSockets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive frontend architecture decisions for the Next.js App Router codebase
  • Build real-time dialer UI with WebRTC and WebSocket integration
  • Implement accessible, performant dashboard components
  • Mentor junior engineers and establish frontend coding standards
  • Collaborate with design and product to ship features end-to-end

Requirements

  • 7+ years frontend engineering, 3+ with React / Next.js
  • Deep knowledge of React Server Components, Suspense, and streaming
  • Experience with real-time UIs (WebSocket, WebRTC)
  • Strong TypeScript skills and testing discipline (Vitest, Playwright)
  • Eye for design details and accessibility
