Technical Writer

Create world-class documentation for the MobDial platform. You will write API references, integration guides, tutorials, and changelog entries that help developers build on our APIs with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain API reference documentation
  • Create step-by-step integration guides and tutorials
  • Document webhook schemas, error codes, and rate limits
  • Maintain changelog and release notes
  • Test code samples and ensure accuracy against live APIs

Requirements

  • 3+ years technical writing for developer-facing products
  • Ability to read and understand API code (TypeScript/JavaScript preferred)
  • Experience with docs-as-code workflows (Markdown, Git)
  • Strong editing skills and attention to detail
  • Portfolio of published developer documentation
