How MobDial works

MobDial combines communications, AI-agent, workflow, customer-context, and developer surfaces. API availability is governed by the current runtime contract and account capabilities. Generated SDK scaffolding exists in the repository, but external SDK publication and compatibility are not yet treated as generally available.

Voice capabilities are organization- and provider-dependent. Use the current voice library and runtime configuration to determine which voice identifiers, creation options, languages, and usage rights are available to your organization.

Model availability, latency, language coverage, and output formats depend on the configured MobDial runtime and underlying provider capabilities. Do not hard-code marketing model names or latency guarantees; read the current contract exposed by the product and provider configuration.

Usage and billing units vary by product, plan, and provider. Treat the current MobDial billing and usage surfaces as the authority for included usage, metering, pass-through charges, and overage behavior.
