Accessibility Statement
The standards mobdial.com and the MobDial platform are designed against, what we already do, the gaps we know about, and how to reach us when something is in your way.
Last updated September 23, 2026
This statement applies to www.mobdial.com and to the MobDial web application. It is written in plain language on purpose; if any part of it is unclear, email accessibility@mobdial.com.
1. Our commitment
MobDial Communications LLC ("MobDial") wants everyone — customers, their agents, and the people they call and message — to be able to use our website and platform. We treat accessibility as part of product quality, not a one-time project.
We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our working standard. Where a screen does not yet meet that bar we say so below and track it to closure.
2. What we do
- Semantic structure on every public page: one
mainlandmark, a skip link, a primary-navigation landmark, labelled forms and a logical heading order. - Keyboard operability for navigation menus, the cookie preferences dialog, forms, the cost profile builder and the demo request flow, with visible focus indicators.
- Color and contrast follow the MobDial design tokens, which are checked against the WCAG AA contrast ratio for text and interactive controls in both light and dark themes.
- Automated accessibility checks (axe-core through Playwright) run against public pages and signed-in workspace screens in our test suite, and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes are part of design review for new marketing screens.
- Motion respects the operating-system reduce motion preference, and no content flashes more than three times per second.
3. Known limitations
We are aware of the following gaps and are working through them:
- Some interactive product demonstrations and mascot illustrations on marketing pages are decorative and hidden from assistive technology; equivalent information is provided in the surrounding text.
- Live call-control and dialer screens in the signed-in workspace update rapidly. Screen-reader announcements for those updates are being tuned so they are informative without being noisy.
- Third-party embedded experiences (for example payment forms hosted by our payment processors) are governed by those providers' accessibility practices.
4. Tell us about a barrier
If you cannot access part of mobdial.com or the MobDial platform, or you need information in another format, contact us and we will work with you on an alternative:

5. Technical information
mobdial.com relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript. It is tested in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile, with VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack. The site does not depend on a mouse, a specific screen size or a specific input method.
6. Review cadence
This statement is reviewed whenever we ship a significant redesign of the public site and at least once a year. It was last updated on September 23, 2026.
I’ll help you connect this page to the rest of MobDial.
