These disclosures apply to the public website at www.mobdial.com. They explain the context behind the product descriptions, comparisons, numbers and examples you will find here. They supplement — and never replace — the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, SMS Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

MobDial products include AI features such as voice agents, transcription, summaries, lead scoring and content generation. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on it, for configuring human handoff, and for the disclosures their own use cases require (for example telling consumers when they are talking with an automated agent where the law requires it).

Some illustrations on this site, including the MobBot mascot, are produced or assisted by generative tools. Product screenshots are representative and may not match the exact release available to your account.

Capability descriptions reflect the platform as designed and, where noted, features that are in development. Statements about what MobDial "is being built to" do describe direction, not a promise of a delivery date. Any performance, savings or volume figures shown are illustrative examples or results from specific deployments; they are not guarantees and your results will depend on your configuration, traffic and carriers.

MobDial does not claim third-party security or compliance attestations on this site unless a page links to the attestation document itself. Our security page describes the controls we operate.

Prices, allowances and plan names shown on this site are current as of the date on the pricing page and may change. Usage charges, telephone number fees, carrier pass-through costs, registration fees (such as 10DLC and toll-free verification) and taxes are billed as described in the Terms of Service. Some products and numbers are available only in certain countries or after regulatory verification. The cost profile builder is a planning aid and does not produce a binding quote.

Pages that compare MobDial with other providers are based on publicly available documentation, pricing pages and product descriptions as of the date shown on each page. Those providers change their products regularly, and we may not have captured every update. Comparisons are our opinion, are provided to help you evaluate options, and are not endorsed by the companies named. If you believe something is inaccurate, email legal@mobdial.com and we will review it.

Where this site shows quotes, case studies or customer names, they come from real customers who agreed to be featured, and they describe that customer's experience. Where we show illustrative workflow examples or representative scenarios instead, the page says so. Logos of other companies identify integrations, carriers or comparison subjects and do not imply sponsorship or partnership unless stated.

MobDial provides tools that help customers meet obligations such as consent capture, calling hours, do-not-call screening and opt-out handling. Using those tools does not by itself make a campaign compliant; customers are responsible for their own legal review, for the consent they collect, and for how they use the platform. See TCPA controls for what the platform enforces.

When you submit the demo or contact form we store your details, the wording of the consent you agreed to, the time and page of your submission, and campaign attribution (such as UTM tags) in our own customer relationship system so a specialist can follow up. We do not sell that information. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete a request at any time by emailing privacy@mobdial.com.
